Half Marathon

Train to run your first Half Marathon with individualized one on one instruction.  A nutrition component can be added as well if you would like.  Half Marathon plans will be personalized to your schedule, preferences, and access to equipment.  Programs can be designed for the treadmill, the great outdoors, or both.  Schedules and instructions are placed online.  Regular two way communication helps to identify any additional needs or adjustments to the program. 

1 month of plans with two way communication is $99 with the option of one on one personal running sessions for $60/hr, however, this may vary depending on pace and distance.  Groups of 2-3 for $30 each, or groups of 4 or more for $20 each.  Individualized long runs may also be supported by me biking along side of the runner, depending on the needs of the runner.
