Meal Plans

Meal Plans can be created for weight loss, weight gain, specific to medical conditions, or for top athletic performance.  The Meal Plans are very flexible and allow you to make choices, while still giving you the guidance of exactly what to eat and when.  Meal plans can be added to complement any other service as well.

Meal plans start with a initial one on one nutrition consultation and assessment.  An individualized plan is created which is tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and goals.  This may be in person, or over the phone if you would prefer.  Initial consultation and meal plan is $125.  I believe it is very important to develop a plan that fits your goals, lifestyle, schedule, taste preferences, and cooking skills/interest.  Additional follow-up or extended meals plans can be added to meet your needs.
